Ek Nazar Idhar Bhi

                                                                   NPL - Day 10

Your thoughts today create your life tomorrow. You have to look inside you and reach your soul to understand the truth and know yourself better. You are independent to choose your thoughts, happiness and love.

1.Thoughts - My Choice - Good or Bad?
It depends on us whether we choose good thoughts or bad thoughts. The path of the thoughts have no traffic, no signal and no speed breaker. We maintain our body, we maintain our car, we dress ourselves well, we eat good food. In all these things we want the best. So why not the same policy while choosing our thoughts? Can we choose our thoughts? Yes, we can, why not? It is up to us. In this materialized world we check everything. Why not our thoughts?  Our thoughts are very powerful. Name, Fame, Money, Power and Standard of living is high. But what about thoughts? Why not high thinking?  "एक नज़र इधर भी".
Lets follow the policy,
                                                         " Simple Living, High Thinking".

                                            " Thoughts leads to actions
                                              Action lead to habits
                                              Habits become our character
Character determines our destiny (your eternal life)"

2. Happiness:

If you want to be happy, no one in the world has the power to make you unhappy. Happiness is in having positive attitude towards life. Happy thoughts are the path to Happiness.
If we think happy thoughts... we create a beautiful aura of light around ourselves. Happy thoughts connect us with the light, confidence and courage to act. It helps us to live our lives according to our hopes and dreams and not somebody else's.
Water takes the shape of its container as it is free, however, a stone does not take any shape as it is hard, but a sculptor can shape the stone in the form of the statue of God.
For eg. A man was travelling in the local train in mumbai. A pick pocketer tried to pick his pocket, however the man caught him. He then rewarded him Rs 500/- . The pick pocketer asked why was he being rewarded ? The man replied, " I would have lost Rs 10,000/- if you had picked my pocket. But since my money has been saved, I am rewarding you with Rs. 500/- ". The moral of this short story is that the man did not lessen his happiness but instead took a positive approach. Like this, we need to look into ourselves. "एक नज़र इधर भी".
Another eg. A man goes to office. Everyday when he opens his lunch box, he finds the same vegetable and gets angry. His friend advises him that he should ask his wife to prepare different vegetables everyday. The man then replies saying that he prepares his own lunch. This shows that we have made it a habit to think in such a way that we make ourselves unhappy.

3. Love:
God's love is beyond what we expect or deserve. What ever happens in our life, happens for good. God gives us what is best for us.
For eg. A kid suffers from diarrhea. His mother does not give him milk even though the son asks for it.His mother knows that milk is not good for her son and too much of it might also kill her son.
Similarly, God gives us what ever is good for us.
A railway track has narrow gauge, meter gauge and broad gauge. Similarly, are we narrow minded or broad minded? Our positive attitude can only bring happiness to us.

Hence, Power, Money, Success and Status cannot bring happiness to us. Lets have a positive approach towards life.
