DANGER ZONE

                                                                    NPL - Day 4






We have got the Best in our life. Being Human Beings, we have the power to think, whereas animals cannot.
We have to take our lives in top gear, however, there are some things that are bringing our goodwill down.
They are as follows:


1. ANGER - Why do we get angry? To understand this question, we have to first know the roots of anger.
a.) Its MUST - Our mind becomes aggressive when some things do not happen as per our wish. For eg. If I want to drink tea now and no one is ready to prepare tea for me, I get aggressive that it is a MUST.
Its easy to give a toy of Rs 1 lakh to your son, however, it is difficult to make understand its value. If the child breaks the toy as he does not understand its value, we get angry. So is our life. Have expectations but do not Force.
b.)Intention(आसक्ति- जो आ सकती मगर जा नहीं सकती ) - Sometimes you like something so much that you don't want anyone to do anything to it. You get aggressive. Also we make intentions about people and get aggressive. For eg. You are feeling thirsty and a man offers to give you a glass of water, you thought he is a gentleman. But if the man gets late in bringing water, you get impatient and start thinking all negative things about him. Suddenly he comes with a glass of juice, then you think good about him. This shows how our mind changes and we are able to handle the situation. This is our human mind.
c.)Ego - I, ME, MYSELF -  Anger attacks Relations. Its easy to earn 5 crores and maintain it, however, it is difficult to maintain relations with family members. We maintain good relations with our family doctor, but what about our family? If we our with our family, there is no need to go to a family doctor.  We maintain our car, mobiles, computers, clothes, etc. but what about relations?  So end your Ego and maintain good relationship with everyone.
To get rid of Anger we have three steps:
a.) If the reason due to which we are angry is over, then don't take your anger further.
b.) After leaving the place where you got angry, don't continue getting angry.
c.) Don't show one person's anger on another person.
 These are some simple solutions to help you get rid of anger.


2. BAD HABITS - Any habit that disturbs your health is a Bad Habit. For eg. Smoking, Consuming Tobacco, Watching TV late night. To get rid of bad habits,  break the continuity. For eg. If you are addicted to tobacco, in a week consume it only for 2 days and slowly you will get rid of this habit as there will be self confidence in you that you can live without it. Habit is our second nature.
Food, Shelter and Clothes are necessary but now a days Mobile has also become a part of our lives.
Science has proved that using mobile for a long time can cause Brain Tumor. Excessive use of mobile is a bad habit. So can we try switching of our mobiles at least for a day in every week? Bad Habits attack our body. Being Happy always is a good habit. Lets Imply it.


3.CRUELTY: When we are angry, we think of hitting someone. We become Violent. These thoughts might become action. For eg. A mother gives her child a glass of milk to drink. There are two puppies playing near by. The child puts the milk in the saucer of the puppies so that they can drink. By doing this he feels happy. This is the child's innocence, but when the mother asks if he drank the milk, he lies saying that he drank the milk so that his mother does not scold him.By doing this, we are ending the child's innocence. We have to teach our children to share his lunch with his friends and not eat alone. This will become a habit as he grows and he will support his parents in their old age. Cruelty attacks our consciousness.


4. DEPRESSION- Even if you fail, do not get frustrated or depressed. Keep motivating yourself to succeed  and keep your hope alive. For eg. Sachin Tendulkar achieved a century of his centuries and it took a year as he motivated himself and achieved it. The root causes of depression are : Money, Exam, Pain, Love. When we fail in these things, we get depressed and get frustrated with our life. Please do not lose hope. Have faith. Good times will also come and failure is the road to success.
